Delivery, Returns & Collection

Items for Collection
If you are collecting an item from us please ensure you have checked the item is available before travelling. You will receive an email/text/call when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 days, you will be informed of any delays within this time.

Occasionally items cannot be sent using Economy Delivery, if any additional delivery charges are necessary we will contact you to discuss your options.

Some restrictions apply to Free delivery, these include postcodes to remote areas (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25) Please contact us for a delivery cost to these areas.

Returns
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, return postage to be paid by you, the customer (unless the item is damaged). Please email sales@ossettemporium.co.uk before returning any goods. Any unwanted goods must be returned unused in there original packaging, any refunds given may be subject to a deduction of any additional postage chosen by you, the customer.
