If you are collecting an item from us please ensure you have checked the item is available before travelling. You will receive an email/text/call when your order is ready to collect.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, return postage to be paid by you, the customer (unless the item is damaged). Please email sales@ossettemporium.co.uk before returning any goods.
